Registration:
There is a $100 registration fee due per Family when a child enrolls and every Fall semester thereafter.
Supply Fee:
A School Supply fee of $50 per Child is due on Sept 15th and Jan. 15th to cover each semester.
Tuition Rates:
All tuition rates shown are for the school year running Aug 26th thru June 9th. Tuition rates can be paid
monthly or bi-monthly. Bi-monthly rates are slightly higher to cover processing fees. Tuition is due the 15th of
every month. Bi-monthly fees are due the 15th and 30th. (The specific dates will be finalized when we complete
our contract with FACTS tuition management company). With this new company families will be required to pay
through automatic withdrawal from an account or by credit card only. Your account information will be available
to you on-line.
Preparation Classroom (2 year olds):
- Full Day: $6,700.00 (m-$670, bm- $340)
- ½ Day until 11:30am: $ 4,000.00 (m-$400, bm-$205)
- ½ Day until 12:30am: $4,500.00 (m-$450, bm-$230)
Primary Classroom (3 and 4 year olds):
- Full Day: $6,300 (m-$630, bm-$320)
- ½ Day until 11:30pm: $3,600.00 (m-$360, bm-$185)
- ½ Day until 12:30pm: $4,000.00 (m-$400, bm-$205)
K-5
- 8:30am-2:30pm: $5,250 (m-$525, bm- $265)
- Full Day (Including before and after school care): $6,300 (m-$630, bm-$320)
Elementary (1st-3rd)
- 8:30-2:30pm: $4,400 (m-$440, bm-$225)
- Before and After school care is available at a rate of $3/hr. with a $200 max. for the month.
After School Care (non-enrolled students):
- $65.00/week
Definitions:
Preparation Classroom are students in the small 9 student classroom. This room is designed for the 2 yrs old
and/or potty training students. A child is expected to stay in this room for the entire school year, unless an
opening becomes available and they have met the requirements to move up. The Preparation classroom tuition
remains in effect until the child physically moves to the Primary Classroom and has reached their 3rd year
birthday.
Primary Classroom Students are students in a mixed level classroom in the larger setting.
Kindergarten Students are those who would normally qualify to attend kindergarten in the public school setting.
Before and After School Care consists of care given outside the hours of the 8:30 to 2:30 Elementary school day.
Hourly rate for this is $3 per hour. Parents must sign out their after school children. The fee is calculated at
the end of each month. Kindergarten students are not included in this system and either get picked up at 2:
30pm everyday or they are on the full day schedule.
Any payment that is 3 days late, will be subject to a $5 fee per school day with a max. late fee of $20. There is a
return check fee of $20.
There is a Tardy Fine: Please see the tardy policy to make yourself aware of the details.
Late Pick-Up Fees are as follows: 5:46pm-5:59pm = $10; 6:00-6:14 pm= $20; 6:15pm-6:30pm = $30. Late fee is
paid directly to the teacher that stayed late with the child.
A one month written termination notice is required or payment will be required for that month.
All fees are non-refundable.
